Service scope

Spato provides an informational medical-bill analysis product. It is not a law firm, medical provider, or billing advocacy agency.

User responsibilities

• Provide documents you are authorized to submit
• Use the service lawfully and avoid abusive automation
• Verify findings before making legal or financial decisions

Pricing and payments

• Phase 1 pricing is $4.99 per analysis
• No subscription or recurring plan is required
• Refund handling follows documented failure and eligibility policies

Data ownership and intellectual property

• You retain rights to your uploaded and generated account data
• Spato retains rights to the platform, software, and service design

Liability limits

Analysis outputs are estimates and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Spato is not liable for dispute outcomes, insurer negotiations, or provider decisions.

Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or security risk.
